My fellow friend wanna install wordpress multi user in his laptop, he already tried it with xampplite but not works. He ask me how to do that in step by step mode.
I have spare time today and I try to explain it as simple as I can 
Here the steps :
Preparation
1. Download Hostxpert from here
2. Download Xampp Lite from here
3. Download wordpress multi user from here
Installation
3. Extract hostxpert and double click to open it.
4. Add New Host
sample.com
Click Editing -> click on ‘Add Line’
to insert the data click again at ‘Add Line’
5. Extract xampp and I rename it to xampp
Click on ‘xampp_start.exe’ to start it.
6. Open browser and open this address :
http://sample.com
If you can see this page
as you see at the address bar :
http://sample.com/xampp/
it means our work is right.
Adding new host and testing function of xampp lite work successfully.
At the next post I’ll show how to install wordpress multi user (wpmu) and make it’s permalink work.
